‘There is not a lot of emoting, though she did shed tears yesterday during the court hearing,’ he said. He clarified that she is aware of who she is and who the children were. 

Dr.Zeizel said the ‘flatness’ of her demeanor could be caused by pain medication, psychotic medication or depression – all of which are possibilities in her case. 

He added that it remains a ‘conundrum’ how Lindsay ended up with a prescription list of 13 drugs over an eight-month period.

‘This is nightmarish – it is so sad.And to think the job she had was the very environment in which she was suffering… it is a tragedy.’ 

On January 24, Lindsay took her daughter to the pediatrician then played with her two oldest kids in the snow outside their home.
